Congratulations on becoming part of the UCL community! We here at SSEES Society are super excited to welcome you to our home on campus with our first ever event of the year! 🎉
We are the departmental society representing students at the UCL School of Slavonic & East European Studies (SSEES) and function as the home of Eastern European life, language, and culture at UCL! 🌍
Join us at Phineas, one of the Student Union bars at UCL, to get to know members of the society and committee on more personal level in an informal setting! 🤝
This is a great way to meet members of your department whilst unwinding from the stress of Welcome Week with a cheeky pint or glass! 🍷
Important Information!
- Whilst entry is free, drinks are not and a valid form of ID is required due to the presence of alcohol.
- Due to the presence of alcohol, this event is only for 18+ individuals.
- If you have any allergies, please inform us prior to attending the event.
- We expect all attendees to abide by both UCL's and the Student Union's Code of Conduct.
There is a wheelchair ramp at the front door of the building and a lift that serves all floors.
This event is considered to be family friendly, although please be aware that alcohol will be present.
