We want community volunteering at UCL to be fulfilling, fair and valuable for all students. This is where the Volunteering Service Think Tank comes in.

What is the Think Tank?

The Think Tank is a student-led committee which shares ideas and advises on how the Volunteering Service can work better for students. It is run by a diverse range of elected student positions through Students' Union UCL. The current Volunteering Society Committee, Volunteering Officers, Volunteering Reps and Volunteering Officers across our clubs and societies are all members.

How does it work?

The Think Tank meets regularly in Term Two and Three.  We hold in-person meetings and use the time to focus our efforts on a specific service-related theme with guest speakers from the Volunteering Service.  Members all have an opportunity to contribute in the meeting and their valuable input is used to develop our services and enable us to innovate through the year.
