What to expect at Project Active Hatha Yoga
Our weekly classes are open to all UCL staff and students and are designed to be:
- Beginner friendly (no experience is needed)
- Low commitment
- Inclusive and welcoming
- A great place for making new friends
Join our Hatha Yoga sessions for a balanced and mindful practice suitable for all levels. In these classes, you’ll explore classical yoga asanas (postures) combined with gentle warming movements designed to improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Come as you are and enjoy the benefits of a holistic yoga practice with Project Active.
Go at your own pace, there is no judgement in our classes and remember all classes are beginner friendly. So have fun, try a new activity and enjoy meeting new UCL friends at Project Active.
Location: Conference Room, 2nd Floor Bloomsbury Theatre, 15 Gordon Street, London WC1H 0AH
Instructor: Zoe Lau
Equipment: All equipment will be provided at the class, please bring a water bottle with you.
What to wear: Please wear whatever clothing you feel comfortable in!
Refund Policy: All tickets are non-refundable unless there has been a class cancellation.
Please note: You may not be able to join the class if you are more than 10 minutes late to the class, due to health and safety and disruptions. Please make sure you give adequate time to get to the venue.
