TeamUCL Mini Fair
The Welcome Period at UCL starts soon!
Tens of thousands of students will come to campus, motivated for extra-curricular activity. This is your opportunity to recruit new members.
Clubs will have stalls at both:
- The TeamUCL Mini Fair (Wednesday 30 September).
- The Welcome Fair (one day, either Saturday 3 or Sunday 4 October).
There are also campus spaces available for performances or taster sessions: Wilkins Terrance, Mini Stages in the Main Quad, and the Main Stage in front of the Portico.

Varsity 2027: Apply Now!
Applications are now open to be part of the London Varsity Series 2027, taking place from Friday 12 to Friday 19 March 2027.
All sports clubs can apply, even if they have not been in the Series before. There are two criteria that must be met for clubs to be considered:
- There must be an equivalent club at KCLSU for your club to compete against.
- Applications must be submitted by the relevant club(s) at both TeamUCL and KCLSU. KCLSU clubs will receive an equivalent application form that must also be competed.
Club Development Team
Drop-in meetings are available throughout the year during weekly meeting windows, and development meetings are held through October and November.
