Normal hours

Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 22:30
Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 - 19:00

Quiet sessions

Tuesday & Thursday: 09:00 - 11:00
Saturday & Sunday 10:30 - 12:00

Women's only hours

Wednesday: 07:00-09:30
Sunday: 19:00 - 21:00

Christmas Closure

Please note that we will be closed from 5:30pm Friday 22nd December for the Christmas period until 9:00am Tuesday 2nd January.

Normal hours will resume from Wednesday 3rd January.
