London in summer is an amazing place to be - there's so much to explore, and so many opportunities to have fun. To celebrate UCL's 200th anniversary, we're holding a HUGE Summer Festival in June - think live music, guest speakers and brand new events right here on the Main Quad. Mark your calendars for 2-6 June and join us for:
- Great Debate - Tuesday 2 June: We've teamed up with Disagreeing Well and our Impartial Chairs to bring you an evening of thoughtful conversation and lively debate
- Film Festival - Wednesday 3 June: We've collaborated with UCL Film and TV Society to bring the big screen to our very own Quad for one night only
- UCL Proms - Thursday 6 June: UCL's Symphony Orchestra has teamed up with professional musicians for an evening of musical triumph. (Tickets are sold out, but join the waiting list in case there are any returns)
- Bicentenary Ball - Saturday 6 June: Join us for an unforgettable finale to the UCL200 Summer Festival, entirely for students, and come together to celebrate being the class of UCL200. (Tickets are sold out, but join the waiting list in case there are any returns)

Grab your trainers and head to The UCL Campus Run
The UCL Campus Run is taking place at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, on Wednesday 29 April.
The UCL Campus Run will offer all UCL students, staff and alumni the opportunity to take part in either the 5km or 10km route on the inspiring Olympic Park at UCL East. If you haven't managed to grab a ticket, why not come along and show your support!

This June, the artsUCL Fringe Festival will bring campus to life with theatre, comedy, dance, cabaret, music, drag, stand‑up, musical theatre, and everything in between - expect live busking between venues, pop‑up performances, buzzing bars, street‑food vibes, and the thrill of wandering into something unexpected.

ExtendED Learning is a collaboration between UCL and Students' Union UCL, bringing to you a diverse range of learning opportunities in Term 3. Whether you're interested in one-off workshops, conferences, in-depth consultancy challenges, or innovation labs, the ExtendED programme allows you to explore new areas beyond assessments and dissertation.
There's something for everyone to get involved in with ExtendED Learning - the programme is made up of opportunities that vary in format, time commitment, and schedule.

Sustainability Leadership Conference coming to you in April
Join us from 21-22 April at UCL East to attend the Sustainability Leadership Conference, co-delivered by Sustainable UCL and Students' Union UCL.
This will bring together students, experts, and organisations to discuss the biggest issue facing the world today, and how to tackle it.
The conference aims to inspire, upskill, and empower students to become climate leaders and is themed around three key strands:
- Understanding climate change and environmental sustainability.
- Sustainability leadership.
- Skills development including communication skills.
