Come and try out kickboxing in this beginner-friendly taster session, open to everyone no matter your experience or fitness level. Led by our fully qualified external instructor, John, this session will give you a dynamic introduction to the sport while also letting you experience the fun, energy and community spirit that define our club.

What to expect:

  • Light warm-up, stretching & stamina building
  • Flexibility and conditioning drills
  • Core kickboxing techniques (punches, kicks, combinations)
  • Partner practice & pad work

Kickboxing is a great way to keep fit, sharpen your focus and pick up practical self-defence skills and this taster is the perfect chance to give it a go!

What to bring:

  • Comfortable sports clothing
  • A water bottle
  • Student ID
  • Gloves if you own them (but if not don’t worry!)

! We will now be running on a first come, first serve basis up to the room capacity (28 in total) !
