Come and try Ultimate Frisbee with the UCL Silverbacks!
Our taster session is the perfect opportunity to try out Ultimate Frisbee. Ultimate is a fast-paced, non-contact team sport that combines the athleticism of football, the movement of basketball, and the excitement of making spectacular catches.
We’ll cover the basics of throwing, catching, and gameplay through fun drills and small-sided games, with experienced players on hand to help throughout the session. No prior experience is needed, and all abilities are welcome.
What to bring:
• Comfortable sports clothing
• Ideally Cleats to run on grass, but trainers or sports shoes can do as well
• A water bottle
