Welcome, freshers!
The Socialist Feminists Society is hosting a picnic in Gordon Square Gardens on Friday 2nd October at 4pm.
We are a leftist student group, and since 2021 we have organised campaigns on campus and held the university to account on several issues, such as TERFism, Boycott Divestment and Santions for a free Palestine, updating and improving UCL's anti-sexual harassment policy, and more. We collaborate with other leftist societies on campus via the Coalition for Palestine.
We are also a welcoming group of pals who are more than happy to chat about the leftist scene on campus and in London as a whole, politics and theory, and whatever else! We are also of course extremely trans-friendly. So if you want a safe place to meet likeminded folks at your new uni, please come along and meet your comrades!
Snacks will be provided! We will try to accommodate for all dietary requirements.
