Xiaohongshu
- Hosted by Musical Theatre Society
Are you interested in how the musical aspect of “Musical Theatre” all comes together? This is your chance!
Our Residential Musical Director, Sonia, and our “designated” Musical Director at MTSoc (Outstanding Contribution to the Arts Winner 2026), Ronan, are here to guide you! 😎
This Wednesday, 4-6 pm, at IOE C3.06, they're co-leading a workshop in Musical Direction to pass on their knowledge and experience and show you how it’s done! 🤩
An MD’s skills range from teaching vocal harmonies to conducting the band, and their involvement in a show starts as early as the casting process, lasting until the production week and the actual performances - so whether you are a performer curious about how MDing works, a musician interested in starting MDing, or a seasoned MD who wants to get involved in the UCL theatre scene, this workshop has something for you 🎶
