Immigration Debate: UCL Debating Society X POC Network

At a time when immigration, integration and national identity sit at the centre of political debate, UCL Debating Society and the UCL Students’ Union POC Network come together to ask a deeply relevant question: should immigrants be expected to assimilate into the societies they move to?

From language and cultural identity to social cohesion, multiculturalism and belonging, this debate will explore where integration ends and the pressure to conform begins.
