Gliding Club Social: Q&A and What to Expect

Join us for a relaxed Gliding Club social where you can meet the committee, get to know other members and learn more about taking part in the club!

We’ll explain what a typical gliding day looks like from travelling to the airfield and preparing the gliders to launching, flying and packing up at the end of the day. We’ll also cover training, membership, costs and how beginners can get involved.

No previous gliding experience is needed, and all questions are welcome. Whether you’re ready to fly or simply curious about the sport, come along and find out what being part of the Gliding Club is really like!

We’ll also have board games available, along with free pizza and drinks!
