Project Active’s Dare2 Try programme of women’s only activity gives you the opportunity to try something new, have fun and stay healthy in a comfortable, non - judgemental, non-competitive, friendly environment.

All classes are suitable for complete beginners and all fitness levels so there’s no need to worry if you don’t have any previous experience.

All Dare2 Try sessions are open to all UCL students and staff over 18.
