Barre Concept

Part of our Dare2Try Women’s Only offer, Barre Concept combines ballet, Pilates and contemporary dance to build strength, muscle tone and flexibility.
No experience of ballet or dance is required; classes are beginner friendly and open to all levels of fitness. 
You will need a pair of socks or you can do the class bare foot if you like! 

When: Every Tuesdays from 12:00-13:00 and Thursdays from 13:00-14:00 during term time.
Where: Rehearsal Room, 1st Floor Bloomsbury Theatre Building, 15 Gordon Street, London WC1H 0AH

Limited spaces available. Pre-booking is required.
No equipment needed.

All Project Active sessions are accessible and inclusive for all abilities.

Our Dare2 Try programme of women only activities gives you the opportunity to try something new, have fun and stay healthy in a friendly and comfortable, non-judgemental, non-competitive environment. All classes are suitable for complete beginners and all fitness levels so there’s no need to worry if you don’t have any previous experience, and sessions are accessible for all abilities.​​
