Dance Fitness

Get your hips shaking and your heart pumping with this total body workout combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility! This class mixes dance and aerobic low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie-burning dance fitness party to the beat of hip-hop, salsa and mambo.

Even if you have two left feet, you’ll definitely exercise your abs from all the laughing! 

The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.

When: Thursdays 12:00- 13:00
Where: Online class - you’ll need to access Zoom via desktop or download the app - you do not need an account or subscription. Once signed up you’ll be emailed the link to join closer to the time.
Cost: £2 per session (pay as you go), bool via links below.
