Join Project Active for a Dog Walk and Talk Event
What to expect at Project Active Dog Walk and Talk:
Our Project Active Dog Walk and Talk is your chance to slow down from the daily rush of UCL and London. We will walk through the green spaces in Bloomsbury, enjoy nature and have a good chat. Facilitated by Stephen, a qualified counsellor who works with UCL, and his dog Buddy, you can chat about anything and everything, good and bad, or just hang out in a relaxed environment and meet new people.
Our Project Active Events are open to all UCL staff and students and are designed to be:
- Beginner friendly (no experience is needed)
- Low commitment
- Inclusive and welcoming
- A great place for making new friends
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a friendly Project Active activator, who will check your ticket. You will have a chance to have a quick chat and get to know other participants before beginning the walk!
This event is part of UCL’s Thrive Festival.
Thrive Festival is UCL’s first ever wellbeing festival, a collaboration between UCL Students’ Union, Student Support and Wellbeing Services, and UCL200. We can’t wait to welcome students and staff to our Bloomsbury and East campuses for a Festival dedicated to your wellbeing.
