Calling all Dance Society members!
We’re inviting you to step into the world of pole fitness and see how your dance skills translate! As part of our special Pole Fitness x Dance Society collaboration, Dance Society members get a free pole class to explore the artistry, strength, and fluidity of pole.
This session will be led by our amazing beginner instructor, Carmela, who will guide you through the basics and help you unlock moves you never thought possible. With her expert coaching, you’ll see so much progress in just one class—you might just be tempted to switch sides! 😉
There will be two one-hour classes, so be sure to select your preferred time when registering. No prior pole experience is needed—just bring your love for movement and be ready to try something new!
Please bring clothes that will not restrict your movement. Shorts recommend!
