Chinese Students and Scholars Association Society: Spring Festival Gala Production Manager

Hello, I am Linoe Xinzhe from Engineering and Architectural Design Year1. This year, as a member of spring Festival department of CSSA, I witnessed how we spent that much hard but enjoyable time preparing this interesting and memorible performance. therefore, I really want to become the producer of the gala, to create a better and more suprising show, and I believe I have enough experience and ability to competent in this role.
I am a lively, cheerful, optimistic and confident girl. I have certain organizational and leadership skills. As student council president in high school, I was responsible for and organized almost all activities, such as Halloween party and Thanksgiving sale. I always organized each department to assign tasks in an orderly manner, and I also took responsibility for each event that I handled, always followed up the progress. Even in the face of unexpected events, my decisive personality has given me the ability to make decisions and coordinate to avoid making too many mistakes. In this year's Spring Festival event, although I belonged to the design team, I also played an important role in the pre-planning and on-site activities. I am also a creative and active thinker, and I designed and drew most of the special peripherals of this year's Spring Festival Gala, which also achieved extraordinary reactions and recognition.

 I hope I can get the opportunity to be the leader and show my ability through this broader platform. please vote for me!

In the past year, I have been working for the Spring Festival Gala team and successfully held the event in February 2022. After half a year's preparation for the Spring Festival gala, I strengthened my working ability and knew the whole process of an event. Meanwhile, I understand the importance of teamwork by witnessing everyone strive together for the success of the gala, I really appreciate to be one of the team member and wish to stay and lead the team next year. I think is a great honer to stand for a manager and would be really proud when successfully holding an event, I have the ability to help me do a good job as a leader, for example, strong executive ability and great responsibility. I pursue high efficiency in doing things which i think is an essential trait of a leader. While ensuring scheduled things to be done, I also pay attention to the relationship between members and wish to establish a good team atmosphere. I hope our team can be better as well as the Spring Festival gala.
