Hello and welcome to UCL Volleyball!
The UCL Volleyball Club is an incredibly international club that caters for players of all abilities. Our three competitive teams have achieved successful results every year in the BUCS/LUSL leagues, the Indoor and Beach Student Cup, and other competitive events. Our social sessions allow members to learn how to play volleyball and improve their skills through different modes of playing. More information on what the Club offers, the team training times and trials can be read below.
Please check out our Instagram (@UCLVolleyball), or the What’s On Calendar for when our trials and tasters will take place.
Everyone must have a Taster Membership before attending any pre-season activities, such as tasters and trials. We will ask you to upgrade your membership after you have been put on a team or decided to join us as a social member for the year!
Social sessions run every Monday 5-7pm in Somerstown Community Sports Centre (10-minute walk from UCL) and every Sunday at In2sports (Canary Wharf) from 6-10pm. These sessions are for players of ALL ABILITIES. They are a great way to play volleyball and meet new people!
All the social sessions are ticketed. Tickets are free and you MUST get one to attend.
After these sessions, we often head to the local pub for a drink. Our club also organises lots of other social events throughout the year, such as club dinners, ice skating and park volleyball!
