Announcing Your Student Leadership Team for the next academic year

The results are in, and we can finally tell you who your new student leaders are.

3,814 candidates, 13,493 voters, 27.09% turnout

With 13,493 of you voting in our Leadership Race, this has been a record-breaking election and we've retained our crown as having the largest election at any UK university.

88.89% of RUMS Women's Hockey society members voted, giving them the highest turnout of all societies. This means they've taken the crown (and the prize money) for the second year in a row!

European and International Social and Political Studies school led on departmental voter turnout scoreboard with 48.45% of all students voting, whilst the Arts & Humanities faculty had the highest faculty turnout with 33.69% of students voting.
