Now you’ve accepted your place, it’s time to get planning the best week of the year! What’s in store for you once you’ve arrived, you might be wondering... and, what’s this ‘Welcome Fest' that everyone keeps talking about?

Here at Students' Union UCL, our ‘Freshers Week’ is called Welcome Week this year. It’s a massive, annual celebration for all UCL students, both new and existing to help you find your feet, feel at home, and introduce you to the communities that support you throughout your university experience.

This September is all about creating memories, finding your people, and discovering all that UCL has to offer.

When is Welcome Week?

Welcome takes place from 15 September until 28 September. From the 15 to the 21 September, we throw hundreds of events for International students, designed to help you settle in and discover more of London. During 22-28 September, we'll also be hosting a Welcome Fest, in Gordons Square, bringing everyone together for a week-long of events, including our iconic Welcome Fair at UCL East.
