Join us in learning techniques to stay in the moment, with increased focus and passion for your sport, even on your very worst days.

Overview: Have you ever felt like you're in your head every time you play your sport? Noticing you aren't quite on your game? It's not unusual and it can get in the way of you playing your very best.

Join Liane Thakur in learning techniques to stay in the moment, with increased focus and passion for your sport, even on your very worst days.

Speaker bio: Following 8 years of playing youth field hockey, Liane Thakur played Division 1 hockey as a goalie while at university in the States. She went on to study and work with athletes as both a coach and psychological trainer during and following her MA in Clinical Psychology. She continued playing as a hockey goalie with West Hampstead 1st team at the age of 36-42, and finished her final season with the 3rd team at age 50. Liane used her own knowledge of sport and psychology to help her to be her very best in her own games as well as while coaching youth and club sports.
