Join Running, Athletics and Cross Country Club (RAX) for a coached athletics session at Parliament Hill Athletics track. Sessions for distance, middle distance, sprints, jumps and throws, so come and try something new! Open for absolute beginners and returning athletes. A great way to improve your speed or maybe try a new event :)

Where - Parliament Hill Athletics Track. Look out for people wearing purple UCL kit!
What - Intervals sessions to improve distance running (5km+) and Middle Distance (800m-3000m). Sprints training is tempos and drills to improve technique. Jumps and throws training tbc.
No need to get a ticket, just show up!
