East Study Escape

Student Support and Wellbeing Services have teamed up with the Students' Union to organise some optional activities for you at UCL East, to help you take a break during your day of studying.

Study Spaces at UCL East

No matter where your course is based, the study spaces at UCL East are open to all students - just tap in using your UCL ID. With lots of empty study space, the amazing views of the Olympic Stadium and Park, and close proximity to the shopping area of Stratford Westfield, many students enjoy coming to UCL East to get some work done.

To explore the various study spaces at East, take a look at this webpage that the SU has put together.

Why not try out the study spaces at UCL East on 17 July, so you can take part in some of the optional activities listed below?

  • The SU are hosting a SU Study Break every two weeks until the end of July on Level 2 Balcony, Marshgate Building, from 12:00 - 14:00. There will be drinks, snacks and games!
  • Student Support and Wellbeing Services are hosting a relaxed walk around the Olympic Park and surrounding canals for those who fancy a chit-chat and some fresh air. The walk will be leaving from Level 2 Balcony, Marshgate Building, at 13:30. The walk will last approximately 40 minutes.
  • Keep an eye on this page for more activities which will be added soon!

There's no need to book to let us know you're coming, just come along on the day!

If you need help on the day finding any study spaces, just ask a member of staff. Please note that the study element of the day is self-led, with only the social activities above being organised as part of the day.

Find out what else is happening during Summer Wellbeing Sessions, running from 14 - 25 July.

Student Support and Wellbeing Services strive to give all UCL students the chance to try something new, make friends and develop wellbeing skills for university and beyond. We hope to see you at one of our events soon!
