Join us for our introductory talk into the world of alternative proteins!
William Gordon-Petrovskii is a Research Fellow in the UCL Department of Biochemical Engineering and the Co-director of Cellular Agriculture UK. For the past five years, his research has focused on making cultivated meat viable by developing cost-effective, animal-free growth media. Beyond the lab, William is deeply passionate about accelerating and supporting the UK's alternative proteins ecosystem as a whole. In his talk, he will provide an introduction to the world of alternative proteins before diving into the science of cultivated meat and his latest research findings.
