Shoreham (Kent) Field Trip

This is a field trip around Shoreham (Kent). We will walk along the woods and the River Darent to investigate the chalk streams in the North Downs. We will also discuss about sources of pollution along the river. We will meet at 09:20 at London Blackfriars Station to catch the 09:46 train to Shoreham (Kent). Please arrange your own train tickets to and back from Shoreham (Kent). Members of the Greenough Society will be entitled to a £2 of reimbursement for their train tickets. Please bring a packed lunch with you as we will be having lunch in the field during the hike.
