Bored of studying alone? Struggling to focus? Let's test out the 'Pomodoro Technique' together and enjoy a relaxed social afterwards!

Have you tried the 'Pomodoro Technique' before? Let's see what the hype is all about!

The ‘Pomodoro Technique’ is where you work/revise in intervals, typically 25 minutes long, separated by short breaks.

Come and join other students in this group study session, where we will use a Pomodoro Timer together to work on our individual work and get to enjoy our short breaks together!

Session structure

  • Four 25-minute intervals of work (no phones, limited talking - time to focus on individual work).
  • Three 5-minute short breaks between intervals.
  • 55 minutes at the end of the sessions for playing games such as Uno or Scrabble, or doing some mindful colouring.

Please note, this is a drop-in session, so feel free to join us at any time and stay as long as you wish!
