Couch To 5K🏃♀️🏃
If you’re a complete beginner or want to get back into running, couch to 5k will comfortably ease you into running a 5k at a pace that suits you.
We are currently on session four of nine weeks and this will include a brisk 5 minute walk, then 3 minutes of running, 90 seconds of walking, 5 minutes of running, 2 and a half minutes of walking, then 3 minutes of running, 90 seconds of walking and five minutes of running.
However, this can be adapted to suit your needs.
