Join Running, Athletics and Cross Country Club (RAX) this Thursday for a coached athletics training session at Parliament Hill Athletics track. Open to complete beginners and returning athletes, we have sessions for sprints, middle distance and jumps and throws events!
Where - Parliament Hill Athletics Track - meet at the 110m start of track
What to expect - Speed session involving drills and reps for sprints. Middle distance interval session. Jumps and throws tbc.
No need to get a ticket, just turn up and give it a go!
