As part of our artsUnlocked Taster Week, join us for an unforgettable trip to see My Neighbour Totoro on Wednesday 7 October.
The evening will begin with a Speed Friending session, giving you the chance to meet fellow students before we head to the theatre together.
Adapted from the beloved Studio Ghibli film, My Neighbour Totoro is an award-winning stage production celebrated for its breathtaking puppetry, imaginative staging, and heartwarming storytelling. It's a magical theatrical experience that has captivated audiences of all ages.
We'll meet beforehand and travel to the theatre as a group, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to get to know other students before the performance begins. Be sure to book your ticket early, as spaces are limited.
A wonderful opportunity to make new friends and experience one of London's most acclaimed productions together. Please note that all seats are together in the stalls.
Please note: You must be able to attend the Speedfriending session and collect your ticket beforehand in order to take part in this event. Tickets are limited, so be sure to book early!
- 5-5:45pm: Speedfriending and ticket collection on the Wilkins Terrace
- 5:45-6:15: Travel to the Gillian Lynne Theatre
- 7pm: Show begins

Conference Room, Bloomsbury Theatre Building, 15 Gordon Steet
The Conference Room is located on Level 2 of the Bloomsbury Theatre Building at 15 Gordon Street, right next to the Activities Reception. The building features step-free access, an accessible entrance platform lift, and lifts reaching upper floors.
