General
All tickets are non-refundable unless there has been a class cancellation.
Event Cancellations
If a session is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund or be offered the option to transfer to another session (if available). You will be directly contacted by [email protected] to inform you if there’s been a cancellation.
Sold out sessions
If you can no longer attend a sold-out session, you must contact us at least 24 hours of the activity to be eligible for a refund. Your space will be offered to a student on the waitlist. *Refunds are not guaranteed
Block Bookings
You are not eligible for a refund on individual classes for the duration of your block booking, unless there has been a class cancellation. If you wish to cancel your entire block booking, please contact [email protected] to arrange a cancellation and refund. Please note you cannot be refunded for past sessions.
Ticket Transfers
If you’d like to transfer you ticket to another date, you must email [email protected] at least 24 hours before the activity. *Transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Latecomers
You may not be able to join the class if you are more than 10 minutes late to the class, due to health and safety and disruptions. Please make sure you give adequate time to get to the venue.
Repeat no shows
Students who repeatedly book but do not attend sessions without prior notice may have their booking privileges restricted.
