Attending a Welcome Back Briefing is a requirement to hold a stall at the Welcome Fair. Either your president or treasurer should attend one of our Welcome Back Briefings. If neither your president or treasurer can attend any of these sessions, another member of your group, who will be a stallholder at Welcome Fair, may attend in your place.

Capacity at these briefings is limited, so only one person should attend per club or society, and you should not attend more than one briefing.

You should only attend on behalf of one club or society. You will only be allowed to attend on behalf of more than one club or society if nobody else is available to attend. If this is the case, you must email [email protected] to let us know, or your ticket may be cancelled.

These sessions will be held in-person in the Conference Room, Level 2, Bloomsbury Theatre Building, 15 Gordon Street, WC1H 0AH, and will include important health and safety information you need to know ahead of Welcome Week.

If you do not attend one of these briefings, your group will not be permitted to attend Welcome Fair.

The session will take approximately 2 hours, and there will be time for you to ask questions at the end. Sessions will start promptly, so please arrive at least 5 minutes before the session begins to register your attendance. You'll need to stay for the full duration of the session.
