Mechanisms of nucleocytoplasmic dysfunction in FTD and ALS: by Dr Sarah Mizielinska

UCL DRS and UCL Biology Society are excited to announce that we will be organising a talk with Dr Sarah Mizielinska.

Dr Sarah is a Group Leader at the MRC Laboratory of Medical Sciences and an expert in nuclear organisation and chromatin architecture. Her research explores how the 3D structure of the genome influences gene regulation and cell identity, with implications for development and disease. In this talk, Dr Mizielinska will share insights from her work and discuss how advances in genome organisation are shaping modern molecular biology.

Talk details:

  • Date: 10 February
  • Time: 5:00–6:00 pm
