We are excited to present Lisa Neidhardt, our regional mentor at The Good Food Institute (Europe)! 

"Hi, I’m Lisa - originally from German, and currently a Research Associate in Bioengineering at Imperial (Bezos Centre for Sustainable Protein & Microbial Food Hub). I work on microbial foods with edible yeasts, exploring how strain and bioprocess choices can unlock novel ingredient functionality. My background is in protein biochemistry; during my PhD at Cambridge I studied cellular stress pathways and also led the Cambridge Alt Protein Project. I’m excited about the intersection of AI and future food systems, and about building the ecosystems that make translation possible."


There will be a 45-minute presentation, followed by a Q&A session with networking opportunities. Pizzas (all plant-based, with gluten-free options) will be provided 😆 Book your free ticket via the link in our bio so that we know how many to expect!
