If you're looking for Athletics, we collaborate with Highgate Harriers who run training for sprints, middle distance, jumps, and throws on Tuesday evenings. Distance training with intervals will be offered too.
It will be catered to all levels, but be ready to be on the grind!
Meet 7:00PM at Parliament Hill Athletics track in an outfit ready for exercise. The session should last until 8:00~8:30PM.
