SSEES Society is excited to put on our annual Halloween Lecture "Bloodsuckers and Bureaucrats: The Vampire in Central Europe’s Age of Reason" followed by a pub social!

The event will take place on Wednesday 29th October, 2025.
The venue for the lecture is Moot Court, Bentham House UCL found at the following address Endsleigh Gardens, London WC1H 0EG. After the lecture we'll head to the pub, the Malborough Arms, found at the following address 36 Torrington Pl, London WC1E 7LY.
The lecture will start at 18:30, and join us at the pub from 20:30!
Tickets will be sent to your UCL email only, this event is only for UCL students.
The pub is strictly 18+. Your ID will be checked upon entrance and you will be refused entry if you do not satisfy the age requirement.
Disrespectful and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
