Can you bring some of your academic rigor to our website? We built https://gosafer.online to help people avoid online problems. It provides links to videos, audio, and web pages. Our online content reviewers choose what to include.
We’re not a news site. We list information if it tells our audience something they should do, or a risk they should be aware of. It could also include shaping their general view of technology.
Quality is important. If our selections are boring or irrelevant, all our effort directing people to the site will be wasted. We need to be sceptical (even if an item appears to line up with our point of view). We generally prefer British content, although our reviewer will make exceptions at times.
Our reviewers will categorise the information, and rate it for bad language, disturbing content, or references to drug use. They may also suggest a lifetime for displaying it. We’re interested in suggestions for improving the definition or the ordering of our categories, in ideas for new categories, or for any way that we can improve what we do.
