You probably have quite a few apps on your phone already that help you navigate and manage your ‘normal’ life. Now that life is not quite as normal for a while, there are some apps that may help you to better your mental and physical health. Saying that, you should for sure keep those apps forever.
When you need to speak to someone
It’s okay to not be okay and to struggle with everything that is going on at the moment. There are a lot of charities out there that are here to help you if you need them. You may have not considered this before, but talking through what you’re feeling with someone else could make all the difference.
How to look after your mental health
The current situation is so far from anything we know or have experienced before, that you may feel anxious, stressed, worried, overwhelmed or confused about it all. In fact, it’s completely normal to feel differently about it on different days, or even different times of the day.
