Fancy doing one hour of exercise a day to be in a chance of winning some cool prizes? If so, this is the challenge for you!
Starting on Thursday the 30th of September and lasting one week til Wednesday the 6th of October, we will be giving out a whole host of prizes every day to the lucky winners of our draw which will be announced on the Project Active Instagram.
To be entered into the prize draw, you need to complete one hour of exercise (it can be any activity -- it all counts!) on any of the days during the challenge! For those of you that really want to push yourselves -- complete one hour of activity every day of the challenge and you will be entered into a prize draw where you can win our big prize worth £50!
How do I get involved?
- Download the PlayWaze app to your phone or access the PlayWaze website on your desktop and create an account with your UCL email.
- Once you have logged in, join the "UCL Active" community which you can find through the search function.
- Under the Challenge section, you will find Move with Project Active. If you click on the challenge, you will be able to join it!
- From there, all you need to do is upload your activity evidence (this could be a watch recording or image of your activity or strava etc., we'll do the rest!
- Of course, keep an eye out on the Project Active Instagram for the results at the end of each day.
- Please make sure you upload your evidence on the day otherwise it won't be counted!
