Our aim is to try and encourage as many students as possible across the university to engage in physical activity! This can help build your social network, create a great alternative to your regular day to day life, it is also proven enhance academic performance!

To register your individual interest in taking part in our social volleyball league, please fill out the individual interest form below. We will try out best to find you a team or from a completely new team of individuals if there is enough of you, please note that this is not guaranteed.

The cost per individual for the Social Volleyball League is £15 for the term which is less £3 per game.

Participation Fund

Participation fund applications are welcome to support individuals with the cost of entry to our leagues. Individuals can apply for their individual entry fee and other costs that come with taking part in activity, including any equipment or kit that may be required.

Project Active

What is Project Active?

Project Active is a programme designed to engage inactive staff and students in sport and physical activity. They have a range of activities such as: weekly classes, pay and play sessions, mass participation events, and 'learn to' programmes. These activites happen throughout term time and summer!

Football Pay and Play for Individuals

If you are an individual looking to take part in football and worried you don't yet have a team to join, no worries, project active has your back!

They are hosting multiple football Pay and Play sessions across term 1 which you will be able to attend. The aim for these sessions is for you to make as many as possible in term 1, so by the start of term 2 you will have met enough people to be able to enter into one of our three different TeamUCL Social Football Leagues. You will then be able to have weekly fixtures with your new team!
