Calling all postgraduate students! Take a well-earned break from work and come join us for a fun, relaxed afternoon of doubles tennis in the sun ☀️ Whether you're a tennis regular or just fancy trying something new, this is the perfect chance to get active, meet like-minded postgrads, and enjoy some friendly competition.
We’ll provide tennis balls and have a few spare rackets available for anyone who needs one — just bring yourself, some sporty clothes, and your best on-court energy!

What is it?
A casual doubles tennis tournament for UCL postgraduate students. Pairs will be mixed throughout the event, so it’s a great way to meet new people!

Somers Town Leisure Centre (outdoor tennis courts)
134 Chalton St, London NW1 1RX — just a short walk from campus!
Who can come?
Any postgraduate student! Whether you come solo or bring a friend, everyone is welcome.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable sports clothes, a water bottle, and a racket if you have one (we’ll have a few spares too).
Do I need to be good at tennis?
Absolutely not! This event is all about having fun, being active, and meeting new people — all abilities are welcome.

This is an outdoor event, so we’ll keep an eye on the forecast. If rain’s looking likely, we’ll contact all sign-ups with an update closer to the day.
