Take your aerial journey to new heights in our Progression Aerial Hoop Classes at the London Dance Academy! Perfect for mixed abilities beyond beginner level, this class caters to those with foundational hoop experience, offering tailored progressions to suit a range of skill levels. This class is ideal for those who took our mixed ability class last term.

You’ll refine your fundamentals while exploring more complex poses, transitions, and dynamic sequences. Whether you’re solidifying intermediate moves or challenging yourself with advanced tricks, our supportive environment ensures everyone is inspired to grow, build strength, and develop their unique style.

This is a block booking of 10 weekly classes, Mondays 16:45 including reading week.
