🎙️ Speaker 1 : Nimisha Tailor

Nimisha Tailor (BSc Economics, 1996) is a visionary thought leader, author and competition and regulation specialist with extensive international experience. She is the author of the Penguin book The Female Digital Revolution and a leading advocate for women’s participation in the digital economy.
As a global speaker, Nimisha has presented to diverse audiences worldwide, engaging with businesses, government agencies, community groups, board members, schools and universities. She is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders, mentoring young and mid-career professionals and serving as an online guest lecturer for a marketing class at New York University.
As a consultant, Nimisha has advised large technology companies, central banks and international organisations on digital finance, digital trade and e-commerce. Previously, she worked in government in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia and Singapore, and served in the UK Government Economic Service.

🎙️ Speakers 2 : Yufu Zhang

Yufu Zhang (LLB, 2023) graduated from University College London and is currently a Legal Executive at Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP in Singapore.
Since graduating from UCL, she has completed her Relevant Legal Training and Practice Traineeship at Dentons’ Singapore office. She is currently on call break before formally being called to the Singapore Bar in April 2026, after which she will continue her career with the firm as an Associate.
Yufu’s journey offers a clear and practical example of transitioning from university into professional legal practice, navigating qualification pathways and building a career within an international law firm.
Alongside her legal work, Yufu is also active in content creation. She shares insights into trainee life and the legal profession through YouTube and TikTok, and co-hosts a firm podcast where she interviews senior lawyers about their career journeys.

- Returning home after studying abroad
- Building essential employability skills
