Book your ticket now for the Zen Project’s iconic converted American school bus – offering Wellbeing on Wheels! Designed to help you reset and recharge, these sessions are all led by experienced facilitators in front of our famous, recently refurbished UCL Quad.
No prior experience needed - just simple, science-backed tools to help you manage stress and boost your wellbeing when it matters most.
The Zen Bus will be offering 3 types of wellbeing practices desinged to restore balance and support lasting mental wellbeing. Pick from breathwork, sound baths and meditation and mindfulness sessions- all designed to help you through the exam season!
Breathwork uses guided breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system and create immediate shifts in mood. You’ll feel calm with your focus reset in no time, through these simple, practical breathing patterns.
Sound Baths immerse you in the therapeutic vibrations of gongs and singing bowls. The resonant frequencies guide the body and mind into a deep, restorative and meditative state.
Meditation & Mindfulness practices build present-moment awareness and emotional resilience. Through guided techniques, you’ll learn to observe thoughts without judgement, sharpen focus and develop the tools for calmer thinking and clearer decision-making.
