Guided Positivity Jar Making Session

From 2:00 – 3:30pm, the UCL Arts for Mental Health Society will run a guided positivity jar making session!

You will be provided with a small glass jar, which you can decorate using acrylic paint pens and glass pens. Using small pieces of paper, you can write certain things which you are grateful for, or things that make you happy - anything that brings you positivity! When you feel down, you can go back to your positivity jar and remind yourself of all the good things in their life that you are grateful for!

Please ensure you book a spot using the 'Book now' link to create your own positivity jar, as spots fill up fast.

Drop in and paint, 10:00am - 4:00pm

If you’d rather just come along and paint at your own pace, there will be a self-guided watercolour painting drop-in running from 10:00am - 4:00pm. Members of the UCL Arts for Mental Health Society will be on hand for any questions and guidance.

No booking needed for the drop in, simply come and join us!

During these cold and dark winter months, taking the time to reflect and recharge is important. Whether you’re a beginner or have been painting for years, our Create and Connect day is for everyone! You’ll be able to take away your paintings or positivity jar to display at home or to share with friends and family.
