Take your pole skills to the next level with our Intermediate Level (previously called elemediate) classes, where things start to get more advanced. Led by Aneta’s expert and supportive instruction, this class is designed for students who are comfortable with inverting from the floor and are ready to refine their strength and technique for more challenging movements. Prerequisites include the ability to invert from the floor and some experience with leg hangs.
In this session, you’ll focus on strengthening leg hangs, aerial inversions, brass monkeys, Jamila transitions, shoulder mounts, butterfly and extended butterfly, and ballerina poses. You’ll also be introduced to more flexible shapes and transitions, laying the groundwork for mastering even more complex techniques. This is the stage where you’ll build the strength, control, and flexibility needed for higher-level pole artistry.
Please select either the block booking or single ticket option. The block booking is for 7 classes every Monday in term 3. Single tickets go on sale the Friday before the week of the class.
Location: Lewis Building Dance Studio, 1st floor.
