Join our Elementary Pole Fitness Classes, designed for those with previous pole experience who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Led by the incredible Gabby, a former UCL student turned pole fitness enthusiast, these classes focus on building the strength and technique needed for inverts and more advanced moves, while continuing to refine your foundational skills.

In this class, you’ll learn how to invert with proper technique, laying the groundwork for more advanced tricks and combinations. Gabby’s fun and approachable teaching style creates a supportive and empowering environment where you can confidently progress in your pole fitness journey.

With Gabby’s expert guidance, you’ll tackle more challenging spins, grips, and transitions, all while building the core strength and flexibility essential for this exciting stage. These sessions are designed to help you push your limits safely while celebrating your progress every step of the way.

Please select either the block booking or single ticket option. The block booking is for 7 classes every Wednesday in term 3. Single tickets go on sale the Friday before the week of the class.
