Football Club (Women's): 3rd Team Captain

Uclwfc has been such a big part of my time at university and has made it so much better than it could’ve been. I love playing with the 3s and  the environment that we get to play football in. I want to give back to the club by being our captain and continuing to foster the environment we already have and to welcome the new players to make their year better. 

I think I’ll make a good captain because I enjoy being a team player and encouraging the team to do their best. I will 100% try my best to make things run smoothly to give the team the best experience.

I’d like to nominate myself for captain because I genuinely care about this team and the people in it. I love the environment we’ve built and want to help strengthen it by making everyone feel supported, valued and confident. I’d also love to play a role in encouraging new players to join us and feel welcomed straight away. I would take the responsibility seriously and always put the team first.
