Hey, I’m Thea and I’m a first year Classics student. I have really enjoyed being a part of the Classics society this year and taking part in the variety of events the society offers, from pub socials to amphora painting. The events have been incredibly enjoyable as well as a great way to socialise and meet new people.

Going into the next academic year I would love to have the opportunity to be involved in the organisation of these events through the position of Social Secretary. Given the opportunity, I would do my best to ensure the Classics society social calendar remains fun and varied, building on the events offered this year to help keep the society a great place for everyone within it.
