Our membership includes students from many departments across UCL who are interested in Classics, looking to meet new people, or just want to be a part of this prestigious society.

Each year we host a variety of events including regular socials and pub quizzes, academic lectures, museum and gallery trips, and our renowned end of term formals. No doubt there is an event for everyone.

British Museum Tour

Come join us at the British Museum for a guided tour. Immerse yourself in this iconic London landmark and learn about the classical world with us on 18 March 2026 at 2 pm. We hope to see you there!

Classics Society Summer Ball 2026

Our Summer Ball this year will be held at 'The 1 Bar', a cocktail bar near Liverpool Street. A free drink is included with every ticket; we recommend trying the signature cocktail, which has been created specifically for the occasion. 

We can't wait to celebrate the end of exams with you all!
